Owner Surrender (Altered)
Fee for animals that have been altered with proof
Please print, complete & return the Owner Surrender Form. One the completed form is received, shelter staff will contact you to set up appointment.
Owner Surrender (Unaltered)
Fee for animals that have been unaltered, meaning not spayed or neutered.

*Fees increase with each offense. You must have proof of ownership and current rabies vaccination to reclaim an animal. If not reclaimed before stray hold is over, an adoption fee will be charged.
